As soon as the music begins, you can tell that it's business as usual. The Super Mario Bros. theme was trailered-up, which means it was slowed down and altered. A movie trailer like this! No, not a collection of animated clips from each Mario game you've ever played!
Actually, it has elements of both. It undoubtedly includes Peach, Toad, Donkey Kong, Mario, Luigi, and the others. The plot is one you are familiar with. The young plumber feels compelled to save the world for some reason (s).
Given how frequently Mario (Chris Pratt) is likely to perish in any level of a given Mario game, it's not surprising that they're really leaning toward the notion that Peach (Anya Taylor-Joy) is the competent one in this situation. The Super Mario Bros. Movie was written by Matthew Fogel and directed by Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic (Teen Titans Go!) (Minions: The Rise of Gru). In addition, it features Sebastian Maniscalco as Spike, Kevin Michael Richardson as Kamek, Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong, Fred Armisen as Cranky Kong, and Keegan-Michael Key as Toad.
On April 7, 2023, this without a doubt cinematic masterpiece opens in theatres.
